At Lumo Codex, we provide digital and IT services such as website development, mobile application development, software solutions, and digital marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to our company are generally non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Lumo Codex are considered final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for any service, product, consultation, or development project, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

2. Reason for No Refund Policy
Since our services involve digital work, intellectual effort, technical resources, and project planning, once work has begun or resources have been allocated, it is not possible to reverse the effort invested.
Therefore refunds cannot be provided once payment has been made.
3. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project before development begins. However, even in such cases administrative charges and consultation charges may apply.
If development or work has already started, cancellation does not guarantee any refund.
4. Service Modification
Instead of refunds, we may offer service adjustments or modifications if both parties agree. This may include:
- Adjusting project scope
- Changing service plans
- Extending project timelines
5. Payment Disputes
Any payment disputes should be reported to our support team immediately. We will review the issue and attempt to resolve it fairly.
However, initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us may result in permanent suspension of services.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing service details, pricing, and project scope before making payments.
By completing payment, the client confirms that they understand and accept this Refund Policy.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:
- Duplicate payment has been made
- Payment processing error occurred
- Legal or regulatory requirements demand a refund
